• Street light pole is mainly made by high-quality Q235 steel, with high hardness.
• Main pole is sheared, bent into a tapered post, weilded with baseplate.
• After shaping, inner and outer of lamp pole processed with hot dip galvanized.
• After HDG prcessing, make possivation treatment, then power coating.
• Pole height is customized as per clients’ requirement.
• For street light arm, it can be made with 0.8m, 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m or 2m length.
• For panel bracket, it is customized as panel size.

Selection Guide for Street Lamp Pole

• Pole height

1. When the lamp strip is 800-900mm length, it is recommend to be used on 8 to 11 meters lamp pole.
2. When the lamp strip is 900-1000mm length, it is recommend to be used on 8 to 12 meters lamp pole.
3. When the lamp strip is 950-1300mm length, it is recommend to be used on 8 to 13 meters lamp pole.

• The thickness of street light pole

1. When the height of the light pole is less than 7 meters, the thickness of the flange is 10 to 14mm.
2. When the height of the light pole is 8-10 meters, the thickness of the flange is 14 to 18mm.
3. When the height of the light pole is 11-12meters, the thickness of the flange is 18 to 20mm.

Light pole surface treatment

• The material of light poles are all hot-dip galvanized and sprayed with high weather resistance outdoor powder or outdoor fluorocarbon paint.
